02
Credstore needed a credible digital front door for a Buy Now, Pay Later product serving shoppers, merchants, and companies across Ghana, Rwanda, and beyond. The public site had to explain a multi-sided fintech offer in plain language: flexible instalments, AI-assisted credit assessment, merchant APIs, and product insurance, without sounding opaque or untrustworthy. Internally, a financial services dashboard had been left mid-development. Screens were inconsistent, hierarchy was weak, and engineering lacked a clear design system and production-ready specs. Without a coherent UI foundation, conversion on the marketing site and day-to-day usability for staff and partners would both suffer.
03
I designed a conversion-focused marketing experience for Credstore Africa and completed the unfinished financial services dashboard, unifying both under a clearer visual language and component system in Figma. The marketing site leads with the core promise, Shop Now, Pay Later, then walks visitors through product categories, why Credstore, an instalment calculator, and a four-step how-it-works path from onboard and assessment to repayment. Parallel entry points for shoppers, merchants, and companies keep the multi-audience model visible without cluttering the hero. On the product side, I rebuilt dashboard flows for clarity and handoff: stronger information hierarchy, consistent patterns for tables, forms, and status, and annotated specs so engineering could finish implementation without guessing intent.
04
Multi-audience marketing site
Clear paths for shoppers, merchants, and companies, with a hero that sells flexibility and instant approval rather than jargon.
Product category storytelling
Lifestyle-led sections for appliances, mobile accessories, and fashion so BNPL feels concrete, not abstract credit.
Instalment calculator
Interactive amount and plan selection (2, 4, or 6 months in GHS) that turns the offer into something visitors can try immediately.
How it works narrative
Four-step journey: onboard and get assessed, shop and split payments, instant approval with insurance, repay via MoMo, card, or bank.
Trust and protection messaging
Product variation, flexible payment options, and 12-month insurance cover surfaced as primary reasons to choose Credstore.
Financial services dashboard completion
Finished mid-development dashboard screens with stronger hierarchy, status patterns, and usable layouts for operational workflows.
Design system iteration
Shared Figma foundations for type, colour, spacing, and components across marketing and product UI to reduce design-to-dev friction.
Engineering handoff
Production-ready specs, states, and annotations so developers could implement marketing and dashboard work without redesign loops.
05
Design-led delivery: Figma as the source of truth for marketing pages and dashboard flows, structured for multi-audience IA (shoppers / merchants / companies) and a shared component library used across public and authenticated surfaces.
Product surfaces designed against Credstore's BNPL model: credit assessment onboarding, merchant partnerships, instalment plans, and repayment channels. Dashboard work aligned to operational tasks staff and partners need after approval.
High-fidelity marketing and dashboard UI in Figma, with interactive prototypes for calculator behaviour, how-it-works storytelling, and dashboard navigation. Emphasis on mobile-ready layouts for African consumer traffic and desktop density for ops tools.
Not a data-layer engagement. Information architecture and field-level UI designed so forms, eligibility states, and repayment plans map cleanly to what engineering already owned.
Marketing and solutions copy structured around merchant APIs, merchant financing, and business / shopper entry points so future product deep-links stay consistent with the public story.
Live marketing site at credstore.africa. Design assets and specs handed off for implementation; regional presence reflected in content (Ghana, Rwanda, USA offices) without overloading the primary conversion path.
06
Explaining BNPL to three audiences at once
Separated shopper, merchant, and company entry points early, then kept the homepage focused on the consumer promise with secondary CTAs into solutions, instead of one overloaded mega-message.
Finishing a dashboard someone else started
Audited existing screens for hierarchy and consistency, then rebuilt the system around reusable patterns rather than one-off fixes, so remaining gaps could be filled without another full redesign.
Trust in a credit product for underserved markets
Led with concrete benefits (instalment options, insurance, partner brands, repayment flexibility) and a tryable calculator, so credibility comes from clarity and proof points, not buzzwords.
Handoff that survives engineering reality
Delivered annotated Figma specs, empty and error states, and component rules so implementation stayed faithful when timelines compressed.
07
Shipped a live conversion-oriented marketing presence at credstore.africa that explains BNPL for shoppers while exposing merchant and company paths. Completed the unfinished financial services dashboard with a clearer UI hierarchy and shared design language. Established a Figma-based system and handoff package that reduced design-to-development friction for Credstore's Accra team across Ghana and Rwanda markets.

I design and ship production-ready systems at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, full-stack engineering, and human-centred product thinking.
